“A photograph is the best split-second decision one can make!”
― Annie O'Reilly

Some Images Captured from Day to Day

The great photographer Elliott Erwitt once said that "To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them."

People often tell me "I wish I could go there," as if the photos I capture are simply the product of the traveling I do.  While I won't
deny that I've been extremely lucky to see as much of the world as I have, it never ceases to amaze me how much beauty can be found in the most unlikely of places and I strive to find beauty in even the most ordinary objects that I stumble upon day to day.

To help remind me of that, I started a regular photo exchange with Scott Pennors, a very talented artist I'm lucky to be friends with.  I decided to share some of those photos with the outside world on Instagram and you can see those photos right here.  May they serve to remind you of the beauty of the world which is right next to you.
